30-day money-back guarantee. No tiers, no upgrades, no add-ons, no team plans — those don't exist here.
Quick answers before you click Subscribe
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation stops the auto-renewal at the end of the current year. No prorated refund after the 30-day window, but no charge after that either — you keep access until the year ends.
What if I want a refund?
Within 30 days of the most recent payment, full refund. To kick it off: sign in to your dashboard → Cancel subscription, or email support@mirorly.com if you can’t access your account. No questions, no “wait, here’s a discount” pushback. We ask five minutes of exit-survey questions — not to argue, just to learn what we’re missing — and the money clears in 2-3 business days.
Will the price ever go up?
If we ever raise the price, existing subscribers stay at $99/year for as long as the subscription stays active. Cancel and resubscribe later = whatever the price is then.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported by your device or country. LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record — whatever payment methods their checkout offers in your region, we accept.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy — a payments platform that's now part of Stripe — runs the checkout as our merchant of record. That means they take the card details, calculate and remit local taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) on Mirorly's behalf, handle PCI compliance, fraud, and chargebacks. On your bank statement you'll see Lemon Squeezy or LMSQUEEZY rather than Mirorly directly — that's normal and expected. We never see your full card number; Mirorly only receives a notification that the subscription is active.
What's not in Mirorly?
Honest about the trade-offs — some are anti-features by design, others just out of scope for a single-user tool. No team plans, no admin features, no HR dashboards (Mirorly is built for the individual manager, not for an HR department). No mobile app, no integrations (Slack, Calendar, Zapier), no API. No AI-generated summaries of your feedback — statistics, charts, side-by-side rounds, yes; AI deciding what your team meant, no. No editing of templates (they're curated for a reason). No printable reports, no PDF export, no CSV — if you need to share something, screenshots work.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. After purchase, LemonSqueezy automatically emails a tax-compliant invoice — your billing details, applicable VAT or sales tax broken out separately from the $99, and the Mirorly subscription as a line item. At checkout you can add a company name and VAT/tax ID if you’re expensing this through your employer or business; the invoice is then issued to that entity.

What you get for $99
Everything. There's no premium tier holding back features behind a higher price. The whole product, paid once a year, used the whole year.
Ready-made templates
Research-backed questions calibrated for the moment — quarterly check-ins, post-project, before 1:1s, upward.
Self-360 flow
Answer the same questions about yourself first. Your baseline before peer feedback.
Peer feedback surveys
Send the same template to colleagues. Anonymous or named, no signup required for respondents.
Dashboard with charts and tracking
Self vs peer side by side. Round over round, deltas tracked over time.
Action plans and executive summaries
Turn what you hear into what you'll do. Save it, revisit it next quarter.
Reminders for cyclical surveys
Recurring rounds at your cadence — monthly through annual, your call.
Refund policy
30 days.
Full refund. No questions asked.
Well — five minutes' worth of questions, on a single exit survey. What worked, what didn't, what would have helped. We sell a feedback tool; it would be hypocritical not to ask for feedback ourselves, especially from someone leaving. After the survey, the money clears in 2-3 business days.
We won't argue with the refund. We won't try to “save the customer” with discounts or promises. We won't charge a restocking fee. The five minutes are the only ask — and they're a learning conversation, not a justification. We want to know what we're missing, not whether you're sure.
If you'd rather not pay anything to evaluate in the first place, the demo runs the full product on sample data with no signup, no payment, no time limit.
The math, briefly.
Three knobs. The honest version of what this costs you.
Roughly the territory a US small-business manager earns in an hour.
How often per year
Doing this yourself
About 9 hours of your time, once = $360.
Times 4 rounds a year = $1,440.
Assuming you actually do it.
Mirorly
$99 a year. Templates, send, see what came back.
You do the part that matters — listening.
The $1,341 you don’t spend?
That's not the savings. That's the reason you wouldn't run it yourself. You meant to. You'll mean to next quarter, too.
Ready when you are.
No waitlist, no early-bird, no scarcity theater. The price is $99/year, the same on day one as on day three hundred. If you'd rather try first, the demo runs the whole product on sample data — no signup, no payment, no time limit.
